Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Arthic Theard.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at arthictheard@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
